    • Tennessee High School Football - Unicoi County victorious over Madison

    September 2, 2022: Erwin, TN 37650

    In Friday's non-league match, the host Unicoi County Blue Devils football squad scored a good 35-14 victory over the Madison Patriots.

    In their next game, the Blue Devils clash with the Happy Valley Warriors (Elizabethton, TN) in a non-league match, on Friday, September 9. Unicoi County will attempt to move on its 3-0 season record. The Warriors enter the match with a 1-2 record after their 34-0 league loss to South Greene (Greeneville, TN).

    The Patriots (1-2) will now prepare for their match against East Rutherford (Forest City, NC). The Cavaliers enter the non-league match with a 0-3 record. In their last match, East Rutherford was toppled by McDowell (Marion, NC), 26-0, in a non-league match.
