Louisiana High School Football - Metairie Park Country Day defeats Northlake Christian

In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Metairie Park Country Day Cajuns football squad scored a good 38-10 victory over the Northlake Christian Wolverines.

In their next game, the Cajuns clash with the A.J. Ellender Patriots (Houma, LA) in a non-league match, on Friday, September 9. Metairie Park Country Day will attempt to move on its 1-1 season record. The Patriots enter the match with a 0-2 record after their 19-6 non-league loss to Cox (Harvey, LA).

The Wolverines (0-1) will now prepare for their match against Albany (Albany, LA). The Hornets enter the non-league match with a 2-0 record. In their last match, Albany ran past Independence (Independence, LA), 47-26, in a non-league match.
