Texas High School Football - Queen City routed by New Boston

The Queen City Bulldogs football team (Queen City, TX), was ripped 54-13 in Friday's non-league challenge with the host New Boston Lions (New Boston, TX)

The Lions (1-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Atlanta (Atlanta, TX). The Rabbits come into the non-league challenge with a 2-0 record. In their last challenge, Atlanta trounced Redwater (Redwater, TX), 28-0, in a non-league challenge.

The Bulldogs now sport a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they host Como-Pickton for a non-league challenge on Friday, September 9. Queen City will meet a Eagles team coming off a 38-14 non-league win over Detroit (Detroit, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 1-2.
