The West Point Warriors football squad scored 44 points and restricted the host Vinemont Eagles to 12 in the Warriors non-league victory on Friday.
The Warriors now possess a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Russellville for a 5A Region 8 battle on Friday, September 9. West Point will play a Golden Tigers squad coming off a 49-0 league win over Lawrence County (Moulton, AL). The Golden Tigers record now stands at 1-2.
