In Friday's non-league match, the host Hug Hawks football squad scored a good 28-0 victory over the Spring Creek Spartans.
In their next game, the Hawks clash with the Elko Indians (Elko, NV) in a match, on Friday, September 16. Hug will attempt to move on its 3-0 season record.
The Spartans (2-1) will now prepare for their match against Pershing County (Lovelock, NV). The Mustangs enter the non-league match with a 1-0 record. In their last match, Pershing County ran past Dayton (Dayton, NV), 46-12, in a non-league match.
