Maine High School Soccer - Winthrop held off by Carrabec

The Carrabec Cobras held off the visiting Winthrop Ramblers soccer squad by a margin of 3-2 in Friday's league match.
The Cobras now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Boothbay for a non-league game on Wednesday, September 7.
The Ramblers (0-1) will now prepare for their game against Hall-Dale (Farmingdale, ME). The Bulldogs go into the Class C - South game with a 1-0 record. In their last game, Hall-Dale nipped Oak Hill (Sabattus, ME), 2-0, in a league game.
