The crowd at Friday's league test between the Greely Rangers (Cumberland Center, ME) and the visiting Poland Knights (Poland, ME), saw Greely's soccer squad triumph over Poland by a margin of 9-0.

The Rangers now sport a 2-0 record. They play next when they travel to Cape Elizabeth for a Class B - South test on Tuesday, September 6. Greely will meet a Capers squad coming off a 2-0 league loss to Yarmouth (Yarmouth, ME). The Capers record now stands at 0-3.

With the loss, Poland drops to 1-3 on the season. The Knights host Sacopee Valley (Cornish, ME) to meet the Hawks in a non-league test on Tuesday, September 6. The Hawks come into the test with a record of 0-1. Sacopee Valley lost 4-1 in their recent league test against Traip (Kittery, ME)
