North Valleys Panthers (Reno, NV) fans were thrilled Friday as they observed their soccer team hold off the host Incline Highlanders (Incline Village, NV), 2-1 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Panthers confront the Damonte Ranch Mustangs (Reno, NV) in a 5A North challenge, on Wednesday, September 7. North Valleys will attempt to better on its 4-1 season record. The Mustangs enter the challenge with a 1-4 record after their 1-0 league loss to Reed (Sparks, NV).

The Highlanders now have a 0-2 record. They take the field next when they host Sage Ridge for a challenge on Saturday, September 3.
