In Friday's non-league battle, the visiting First Colonial Patriots volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the North Stafford Wolverines.
The Patriots (4-1) will now prepare for their battle against Kellam (Virginia Beach, VA). The Knights come into the non-league battle with a 5-0 record. In their last battle, Kellam achieved victory over Tournament Opponent (, ), 2-1, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Wolverines clash with the Colonial Forge Eagles (Stafford, VA) in a Commonwealth battle, on Tuesday, September 6. North Stafford will attempt to advance on its 2-2 season record. The Eagles come into the battle with a 3-1 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Kettle Run (Nokesville, VA).
