The Fremd Vikings volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Glenbard East Rams to 0 in the Vikings non-league victory on Friday.
The Vikings now possess a 4-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to St. Francis for a non-league game on Saturday, September 3. Fremd will meet a Spartans team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to St. Charles East (St. Charles, IL). The Spartans record now stands at 3-2.
The Rams (4-6) will now prepare for their game against Lake Park (Roselle, IL). The Lancers enter the non-league game with a 5-0 record. In their last game, Lake Park defeated South Elgin (South Elgin, IL), 2-0, in a non-league game.
