In Saturday's non-league game, the Bayfield Wolverines (Bayfield, CO) football team knocked off the host Aztec Tigers (Aztec, NM), by a final score of 28-14.
The Wolverines (1-0) will now prepare for their game against Centauri (La Jara, CO). The Falcons come into the non-league game with a 1-0 record.
The Tigers now hold a 0-3 record. They take the field next when they host Durango for a non-league game on Saturday, September 9.
