Colorado High School Football - Cherokee Trail topped by Rocky Mountain

The Cherokee Trail Cougars football team (Aurora, CO), was beaten 24-0 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the visiting Rocky Mountain Lobos (Fort Collins, CO)

The Lobos (2-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Legacy (Broomfield, CO). The Lightning come into the non-league challenge with a 1-0 record.

The Cougars now sport a 0-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Columbine for a non-league challenge on Saturday, September 9. Cherokee Trail will meet a Rebels team coming off a 27-6 non-league win over Mullen (Denver, CO). The Rebels record now stands at 1-0.
