The Spanish Fort Toros volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Pensacola Catholic Crusaders to 0 in the Toros non-league victory on Saturday.
The Toros now possess a 3-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Robertsdale for a game on Tuesday, September 5. Spanish Fort will meet a Golden Bears team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Davidson (Mobile, AL). The Golden Bears record now stands at 4-0.
The Crusaders (10-2) will now prepare for their game against Lincoln (Tallahassee, FL). The Trojans enter the non-league game with a 0-1 record. In their last game, Lincoln was dropped by Pensacola Catholic (Pensacola, FL), 2-0, in a non-league game.
