The Bellevue Comets topped the visiting Washington Demons volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Comets now have a 7-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Clear Creek-Amana for a non-league test on Saturday, September 2. Bellevue will confront a Clippers team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over West Liberty (West Liberty, IA). The Clippers record now stands at 7-0.
The Demons (3-7) will now prepare for their test against Anamosa (Anamosa, IA). The Raiders enter the non-league test with a 9-0 record. In their last test, Anamosa gained a win over Maquoketa (Maquoketa, IA), 3-0, in a non-league test.
