The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Buena Colts (Sierra Vista, AZ) and the visiting Sabino Sabercats (Tucson, AZ), saw Buena's volleyball squad beat Sabino by a tally of 2-0.

With the win, Buena upgrades its record to 6-2 on the year. The Colts host Marana (Tucson, AZ) to play the Tigers in a non-league bout on Tuesday, September 5. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 1-1. Marana won 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against Pusch Ridge Christian Academy (Tucson, AZ)

The Sabercats now own a 0-4 record. They play next when they travel to San Miguel for a 3A - South bout on Tuesday, September 5.
