The Cabrini Crescents volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host St. Martinville Tigers to 0 in the Crescents non-league victory on Saturday.
The Crescents now have a 3-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Slidell for a non-league game on Tuesday, September 5. Cabrini will meet a Tigers team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Northlake Christian (Covington, LA). The Tigers record now stands at 7-1.
The Tigers (0-5) will now prepare for their game against Byrd (Shreveport, LA). The Yellow Jackets enter the non-league game with a 0-3 record. In their last game, Byrd dropped by Central (Baton Rouge, LA), 2-0, in a non-league game.
