The Deer Park Deer volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host Union Redhawks to 1 in the Deer non-league victory on Saturday.

The Deer now have a 19-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Dawson for a non-league game on Tuesday, September 5. Deer Park will confront a Eagles team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Clear Springs (League City, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 19-8.

The Redhawks (3-8) will now prepare for their game against Broken Arrow (Broken Arrow, OK). The Tigers enter the Frontier game with a 9-8 record. In their last game, Broken Arrow held off Bartlesville (Bartlesville, OK), 3-0, in a league game.
