The Winfield-Mt. Union Wolves volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host East Marshall Mustangs to 0 in the Wolves non-league victory on Saturday.

The Wolves now have a 4-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to English Valleys for a non-league game on Saturday, September 2. Winfield-Mt. Union will meet a Bears team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Notre Dame (Burlington, IA). The Bears record now stands at 1-5.

The Mustangs (1-6) will now prepare for their game against Gladbrook-Reinbeck (Reinbeck, IA). The Rebels enter the North Iowa Cedar - West game with a 4-4 record. In their last game, Gladbrook-Reinbeck dropped by Independence (Independence, IA), 2-1, in a non-league game.
