Louisiana High School Volleyball - Slidell tips Episcopal of Acadiana

The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Slidell Tigers (Slidell, LA) and the host Episcopal of Acadiana Falcons (Cade, LA), saw Slidell's volleyball squad nip Episcopal of Acadiana by a tally of 2-1.

With the win, Slidell upgrades its record to 7-1 on the year. The Tigers travel to Archbishop Chapelle (Metairie, LA) to play the Chipmunks in a non-league bout on Saturday, September 2. The Chipmunks go into the bout with a record of 2-2. Archbishop Chapelle won 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Loyola College Prep (Shreveport, LA)

The Falcons now own a 2-1 record. They play next when they host Teurlings Catholic for a non-league bout on Tuesday, September 5. Episcopal of Acadiana will play a Rebels squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to E.D. White (Thibodaux, LA). The Rebels record now stands at 3-1.
