The Santa Rosa Lions volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host Floyd Broncos to 2 in the Lions non-league victory on Saturday.
The Lions now have a 4-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hozho Academy for a non-league game on Saturday, September 9. Santa Rosa will meet a Wolves team coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Northwest (Shiprock, NM). The Wolves record now stands at 3-3.
The Broncos (0-6) will now prepare for their game against San Jon (San Jon, NM). The Coyotes enter the non-league game with a 5-2 record. In their last game, San Jon held off East Mountain (Sandia Park, NM), 3-0, in a non-league game.
