The Meek Tigers volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Gaylesville Trojans to 0 in the Tigers non-league victory on Saturday.
The Tigers now have a 9-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Holly Pond for a non-league game on Saturday, September 2. Meek will confront a Broncos team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Vinemont (Vinemont, AL). The Broncos record now stands at 5-1.
The Trojans (1-6) will now prepare for their game against Woodland (Cartersville, GA). The Wildcats enter the non-league game with a 4-11 record. In their last game, Woodland dropped by Pepperell (Lindale, GA), 2-1, in a non-league game.
