The Kennedy Trojans volleyball team (Mt. Angel, OR), went down 3-0 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the host Heppner Mustangs (Heppner, OR)

The Mustangs (3-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Vernonia (Vernonia, OR). The Loggers come into the non-league challenge with a 0-3 record. In their last challenge, Vernonia went down by Rainier (Rainier, OR), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Trojans encounter the Grant Union Prospectors (John Day, OR) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 2. Kennedy will attempt to move on its 0-5 season record. The Prospectors come into the challenge with a 1-1 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Union (Union, OR).
