The Maryville Spoofhounds volleyball team (Maryville, MO), went down 2-0 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the visiting Tri-Center Trojans (Neola, IA)

The Trojans (5-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Sidney (Sidney, IA). The Cowboys come into the non-league challenge with a 1-4 record. In their last challenge, Sidney went down by Stanton (Stanton, IA), 3-1, in a league challenge.

Next, the Spoofhounds encounter the Penney Hornets (Hamilton, MO) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, September 5. Maryville will attempt to move on its 1-6 season record. The Hornets come into the challenge with a 1-7 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Carrollton (Carrollton, MO).
