Illinois High School Volleyball - Tuscola nudged by Salt Fork

The Salt Fork Storm volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Tuscola Warriors to 1 in the Storm non-league victory on Saturday.

The Storm now possess a 3-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Arthur-Okaw Christian for a non-league game on Saturday, September 2. Salt Fork will meet a Conquering Riders team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Georgetown-Ridge Farm (Georgetown, IL). The Conquering Riders record now stands at 9-1.

The Warriors (1-7) will now prepare for their game against Monticello (Monticello, IL). The Sages enter the non-league game with a 7-3 record. In their last game, Monticello nipped Mt. Vernon (Mt. Vernon, IL), 2-0, in a non-league game.
