Iowa High School Volleyball - Wapsie Valley over South Tama County

The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Wapsie Valley Warriors (Fairbank, IA) and the visiting South Tama County Trojans (Tama, IA), saw Wapsie Valley's volleyball squad beat South Tama County by a tally of 2-0.

With the win, Wapsie Valley upgrades its record to 8-4 on the year. The Warriors travel to North Polk (Alleman, IA) to play the Comets in a non-league bout on Saturday, September 2. The Comets go into the bout with a record of 7-2. North Polk won 2-1 in their recent non-league bout against Grand View Christian (Des Moines, IA)

The Trojans now own a 2-4 record. They play next when they travel to Hudson for a non-league bout on Saturday, September 2. South Tama County will play a Pirates squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Aplington-Parkersburg (Parkersburg, IA). The Pirates record now stands at 6-2.
