The Verrado Vipers felled the host West Point Dragons football team by a score of 51-28 in Tuesday's non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Vipers play the Ironwood Eagles (Glendale, AZ) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, September 10. Verrado will attempt to improve on its 1-0 season record. The Eagles go into the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 41-12 non-league loss to Sunrise Mountain (Peoria, AZ).
With the defeat, West Point drops to 0-1 on the campaign. The Dragons host Tolleson (Tolleson, AZ) to meet the Wolverines in a non-league test on Wednesday, September 10. The Wolverines come into the test with a record of 0-0.
