Dublin Gaels (Dublin, CA) followers went home pleased Tuesday as they saw their flag football team nip the visiting Dougherty Valley Wildcats (San Ramon, CA), 14-12 in a league battle.

With the win, Dublin advances its record to 2-3 on the season. The Gaels travel to Deer Valley (Antioch, CA) to play the Wolverines in a non-league battle on Thursday, September 4. The Wolverines go into the battle with a record of 2-1. Deer Valley won 25-6 in their recent non-league battle against Emerald (Dublin, CA)

The Wildcats now own a 0-3 record. They take the field next when they host Foothill for a match on Tuesday, September 9.
