With the triumph, Bellmont moves its record to 3-1 on the campaign. The Braves travel to Fort Wayne Concordia Lutheran (Fort Wayne, IN) to meet the Cadets in a non-league test on Wednesday, September 3. The Cadets come into the test with a record of 0-0.

The Knights now sport a 0-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Jay County for a non-league test on Thursday, September 4.
