The St. Mary's Episcopal Turkeys (Memphis, TN) soccer overwhelmed the visiting St. Benedict at Auburndale Eagles (Cordova, TN), 6-0 in Tuesday's league battle.

The Turkeys (2-2) will now prepare for their battle against Briarcrest Christian (Eads, TN). The Saints enter the D II-AA West battle with a 2-2 record. In their last battle, Briarcrest Christian tipped St. Agnes Academy (Memphis, TN), 4-0, in a non-league battle.

Next up, the Eagles battle the St. George's Gryphons (Collierville, TN) in a non-league battle, on Friday, September 5. St. Benedict at Auburndale will attempt to upgrade on its 2-3 season record. The Gryphons enter the battle with a 3-1 record after their 9-0 league win over First Assembly Christian (Cordova, TN).
