Columbus East Olympians (Columbus, IN) boosters left the game thrilled Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Jennings County Panthers (North Vernon, IN), 2-0 in a league test.

With the win, Columbus East improves its record to 2-2 on the season. The Olympians travel to Jeffersonville (Jeffersonville, IN) to face the Red Devils in a test on Wednesday, September 3. The Red Devils go into the test with a record of 0-0.

The Panthers now own a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Greenwood for a non-league test on Saturday, September 6. Jennings County will meet a Woodmen team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Shelbyville (Shelbyville, IN). The Woodmen record now stands at 2-5.
