Okolona Chieftains (Okolona, MS) boosters left the game pleased Tuesday as they witnessed their volleyball team tip the visiting Houlka Wildcats (Houlka, MS), 2-1 in a non-league outing.

The Chieftains now have a 1-0 record. They play next when they host Ingomar for a non-league outing on Tuesday, September 9.

With the loss, Houlka drops to 1-2 on the campaign. The Wildcats host Shaw (Shaw, MS) to face the Warriors in a non-league game on Thursday, September 4. The Warriors go into the game with a record of 0-0.
