In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the visiting St. Michael's Horsemen volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Pojoaque Valley Elks/Elkettes.
The Horsemen (3-0) will now prepare for their challenge against West Mesa (Albuquerque, NM). The Mustangs come into the non-league challenge with a 1-3 record. In their last test, West Mesa went down by Volcano Vista (Albuquerque, NM), 2-0, in a non-league test.
The Elks/Elkettes now sport a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Santa Fe Prep for a non-league outing on Thursday, September 4. Pojoaque Valley will play a Blue Griffins team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Oak Grove Classical Academy (Albuquerque, NM). The Blue Griffins record now stands at 3-1.
