Martinsburg Bulldogs (Martinsburg, WV) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the host Saint James Saints (Hagerstown, MD), 5-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Martinsburg moves its record to 2-3 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Petersburg (Petersburg, WV) to meet the Vikings in a non-league outing on Thursday, September 4. The Vikings enter the outing with a record of 0-1.
In their next game, the Saints clash with the Flint Hill Huskies (Oakton, VA) in a non-league test, on Friday, September 5. Saint James will attempt to move on its 1-3 season record. The Huskies come into the test with a 0-1 record after their 2-1 league loss to Georgetown Day (Washington, DC).
