The crowd at Tuesday's non-league bout between the Sterling Tigers (Sterling, OK) and the visiting MacArthur Highlanders (Lawton, OK), observed Sterling's softball team get by MacArthur by a tally of 5-1.
The Tigers (2-3) will now prepare for their bout against Comanche (Comanche, OK). The Indians go into the non-league bout with a 6-7 record.
In their next game, the Highlanders battle the Cache Bulldogs (Cache, OK) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, September 4. MacArthur will attempt to advance on its 2-8 season record.
