Saxony Lutheran will encounter a Black Cats team coming off a 13-2 non-league win over Herculaneum (Herculaneum, MO). The Black Cats record now stands at 2-0.

With the loss, St. Pius X moves to 0-3 on the season. The Lancers host St. Francis Borgia (Washington, MO) to encounter the Knights in a non-league outing on Thursday, September 4. The Knights come into the outing with a record of 1-0. St. Francis Borgia won 12-0 in their recent non-league test against Owensville (Owensville, MO)
