Texas High School Volleyball - Angleton over Brazosport

In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the visiting Angleton Wildcats volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Brazosport Exporters.

The Wildcats (11-7) will now prepare for their game against Texas City (Texas City, TX). The Stingarees go into the 5A Region III District 20 game with a 6-7 record. In their last outing, Texas City beat Anahuac (Anahuac, TX), 2-0, in a non-league outing.

With the loss, Brazosport drops to 8-6 on the campaign. The Exporters host Columbia (West Columbia, TX) to confront the Roughnecks in a 4A Region IV District 29 game on Friday, September 5. The Roughnecks go into the game with a record of 8-14. Columbia won 3-1 in their recent non-league game against Van Vleck (Van Vleck, TX)
