The La Joya Community Fighting Lobos volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting Browne Bruins to 0 in the Fighting Lobos non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Fighting Lobos now possess a 2-0 record. They play next when they travel to Carl Hayden Community for a non-league bout on Thursday, September 4. La Joya Community will clash with a Falcons team coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Glendale (Glendale, AZ). The Falcons record now stands at 1-5.
