In Tuesday's league challenge, the host Chase County Bulldogs volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the Council Grove Braves.

The Bulldogs (8-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Flinthills (Rosalia, KS). The Mustangs enter the non-league challenge with a 3-1 record. In their last challenge, Flinthills was defeated by Conway Springs (Conway Springs, KS), 2-1, in a non-league test.

The Braves now own a 0-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Burlingame for a non-league test on Saturday, September 6. Council Grove will face a Bearcats squad coming off a 3-2 league loss to Waverly (Waverly, KS). The Bearcats record now stands at 0-1.
