South Carolina High School Volleyball - Manning can't get by Lake Marion

Lake Marion Gators (Santee, SC) boosters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they witnessed their volleyball team tip the visiting Manning Monarchs (Manning, SC), 3-2 in a non-league challenge.
The Gators (1-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Whale Branch (Beaufort, SC). The Warriors come into the AA Region 5 challenge with a 1-2 record.
Next, the Monarchs meet the East Clarendon Wolverines (Turbeville, SC) in a AAA Region 6 challenge, on Thursday, September 4. Manning will attempt to upgrade on its 2-1 season record. The Wolverines come into the challenge with a 2-2 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Lakewood (Sumter, SC).
