In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the visiting Lexington Minutemen volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Prairie Central Hawks.

The Minutemen (7-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Dwight (Dwight, IL). The Trojans come into the non-league challenge with a 5-4 record. In their last challenge, Dwight beat Clifton Central (Clifton, IL), 2-1, in a non-league challenge.

Next up, the Hawks face the Tri-Valley Vikings (Downs, IL) in a non-league game, on Monday, September 8. Prairie Central will attempt to advance on its 5-4 season record. The Vikings go into the game with a 2-2 record after their 2-0 league win over Ridgeview (Colfax, IL).
