Fans at Tuesday's league contest between the Springboro Panthers (Springboro, OH) and the host Miamisburg Vikings (Miamisburg, OH), observed Springboro's volleyball team top Miamisburg by a count of 3-0.

The Panthers (5-2) will now prepare for their contest against Northmont (Clayton, OH). The Thunderbolts enter the Greater Western Ohio contest with a 4-2 record. In their last battle, Northmont achieved victory over Springfield (Springfield, OH), 3-0, in a league battle.

The Vikings now own a 1-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Springfield for a Greater Western Ohio battle on Thursday, September 4. Miamisburg will encounter a Wildcats squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Stebbins (Riverside, OH). The Wildcats record now stands at 1-5.
