Kansas High School Volleyball - Mill Valley over Piper

Fans at Tuesday's non-league contest between the Mill Valley Jaguars (Shawnee, KS) and the host Piper Pirates (Kansas City, KS), observed Mill Valley's volleyball team top Piper by a tally of 3-0.

The Jaguars (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against Shawnee Mission South (Shawnee Mission, KS). The Raiders enter the Sunflower contest with a 1-0 record. In their last contest, Shawnee Mission South beat Bonner Springs (Bonner Springs, KS), 2-0, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Pirates meet the Washington Wildcats (Kansas City, KS) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, September 4. Piper will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record. The Wildcats go into the battle with a 0-0 record after their 0-0 non-league Atchison-Maur Hill-Mount Academy (Atchison, KS).
