Ohio High School Volleyball - Montpelier bounced by Swanton

The Montpelier Locomotives volleyball squad (Montpelier, OH), dropped 3-0 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the host Swanton Bulldogs (Swanton, OH)

The Bulldogs (5-1) will now prepare for their contest against Archbold (Archbold, OH). The Blue Streaks enter the Northwest Ohio contest with a 5-1 record. In their last contest, Archbold beat Defiance (Defiance, OH), 3-1, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Locomotives meet the North Central Eagles (Pioneer, OH) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, September 4. Montpelier will attempt to improve on its 0-7 season record. The Eagles go into the battle with a 3-2 record after their 3-2 non-league loss to Edon (Edon, OH).
