Rockwall-Heath Hawks (Rockwall, TX) backers were pleased Tuesday as they witnessed their volleyball team overcome the host Pearce Mustangs (Richardson, TX), 3-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Hawks (9-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Guyer (Denton, TX). The Wildcats come into the non-league challenge with a 11-9 record. In their last challenge, Guyer beat Berkner (Richardson, TX), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Mustangs meet the Royse City Bulldogs (Royse City, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, September 5. Pearce will attempt to upgrade on its 14-10 season record. The Bulldogs go into the test with a 21-8 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Duncanville (Duncanville, TX).
