In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the visiting West Bend-Mallard Wolverines volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Sibley-Ocheyedan Generals.

The Wolverines (4-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Northwest Webster (Manson, IA). The Cougars come into the non-league challenge with a 2-1 record. In their last challenge, Northwest Webster beat South O'Brien (Paullina, IA), 2-0, in a non-league test.

The Generals now sport a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Akron-Westfield for a non-league test on Thursday, September 4. Sibley-Ocheyedan will face a Westerners squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Marcus-Meriden-Cleghorn/Remsen-Union (Marcus, IA). The Westerners record now stands at 1-2.
