In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the host South Dearborn Knights volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the South Decatur Cougars.

The Knights (8-2) will now prepare for their test against Rushville (Rushville, IN). The Lions go into the Eastern Indiana test with a 5-3 record. In their last test, Rushville achieved victory over Franklin County (Brookville, IN), 3-0, in a league test.

The Cougars now own a 3-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Brown County for a non-league test on Thursday, September 4. South Decatur will face a Eagles team coming off a 3-2 league win over Owen Valley (Spencer, IN). The Eagles record now stands at 3-3.
