Monomoy Sharks (Harwich, MA) supporters were pleased Tuesday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting Cape Cod Academy Seahawks (Osterville, MA), 4-1 in a league challenge.

Next, the Sharks confront the Falmouth Academy Mariners (Falmouth, MA) in a Cape and Islands- Lighthouse challenge, on Friday, September 23. Monomoy will attempt to move on its 3-2 season record. The Mariners enter the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 10-1 league loss to Sturgis West (Hyannis, MA).

The Seahawks now possess a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they host St. John Paul II for a Cape and Islands- Lighthouse challenge on Thursday, September 22. Cape Cod Academy will confront a Lions team coming off a 6-0 league win over Sturgis East (Hyannis, MA). The Lions record now stands at 4-1.
