In Tuesday's non-league battle, the host Centennial Hawks volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Deming Wildcats.
The Hawks (2-0) will now prepare for their battle against Mayfield (Las Cruces, NM). The Trojans come into the non-league battle with a 4-1 record. In their last battle, Mayfield lost by Sandia (Albuquerque, NM), 2-0, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Wildcats clash with the Gadsden Panthers (Anthony, NM) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, September 27. Deming will attempt to advance on its 0-3 season record.
