The Long Reach Lightning volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host Meade Mustangs to 0 in the Lightning non-league victory on Tuesday.

The Lightning now possess a 5-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Oakland Mills for a game on Thursday, September 22. Long Reach will meet a Scorpions team coming off a 2-0 league loss to Long Reach (Columbia, MD). The Scorpions record now stands at 0-1.

The Mustangs (0-1) will now prepare for their game against Chesapeake Science Point (Hanover, MD). The enter the game with a 2-1 record.
