Hoosic Valley Indians (Schaghticoke, NY) fans were pleased Tuesday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Saratoga Central Catholic Saints (Saratoga Springs, NY), 7-1 in a league challenge.

Next, the Indians confront the Berlin Mountaineers (Berlin, NY) in a Wararen challenge, on Thursday, September 22. Hoosic Valley will attempt to better on its 3-0 season record. The Mountaineers enter the challenge with a 2-2 record after their 4-1 league loss to Mechanicville (Mechanicville, NY).

The Saints now have a 1-5 record. They take the field next when they host Greenwich for a Wararen challenge on Thursday, September 22.
